I created a website what do I do now???
First you need to choose a domain name. A domain name is the name that identifies a Web site such as www.msn.com or www.rccwebproject.net.
Keep your domain names short! You don’t want to have an extremely long domain name that nobody will remember such as www.thisismyveryfirstwebsiteproject8874.com.
I have picked out a domain name but how do I know if it is available?
There are many websites that can check the availability of your domain name choice such as: whois.net. Not only does this website allow you to check if a domain name is available, but you can also type in an existing domain name and find out who it belongs to. Read the rest of this entry »

This is just a quick recap of what we went over tonight.
We learned that you can use the quote tags <q></q> in place of double quotes ” “. We also learned that the <q></q> tags will not work in Internet Explorer version 7 and earlier.
Another way to format quotes is <blockquote></blockquote> which is used for long quotes.
Don’t forget to click on the calendar dates in blue to see what is coming up!
